If you encounter any issues with your outfit or receive a damaged item, we offer a return and exchange policy for your convenience. Below, you'll find details about our Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy:
**Return and Exchange**
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.
- All returned items must be:
- In new and unused condition.
- With all original tags and labels attached.
- Showing no signs of tampering with the outfit.
- The exchanged item must be priced higher or at the same price as the returned item. If the exchanged item has a higher price, you will need to pay the price difference.
- Partial returns are accepted, but they should not involve breaking off a garment set.
**Return Process**
To return an item, please email us at support@rajaselection.com or call us at [] to request a return. We will confirm your request via email and provide instructions on how to return the item. You can courier the item back to our shipping address, and if needed, we may arrange for the item to be picked up from your delivered address.
Returns will not be accepted for orders placed via Cash On Delivery (COD).
**Refunds**
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect its condition before processing your refund. Please allow 7 to 10 bank working days for the refund process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank and debit card company. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Refunds will be issued in the following forms:
- Online payment to your bank account.
- Exchanged item priced the same or higher (*after paying the difference) than the returned item.
Refunds will be processed ONLY in the following cases:
- Wrong size delivered.
- Item not received.
- Wrong item delivered.
No refunds will be processed if:
- The item has been noticeably worn.
- The item is returned in a damaged or used condition.
In case of a defective or damaged item, please email us within 2 days of delivery with images of the item. Once approved, we will send you a new replacement.
COD refunds are not available.
**Shipping**
We offer free shipping within India. Once we receive your order, it will take a minimum of two days to ship the product from our warehouse. Our courier partner will take 2-4 days to deliver your product to your doorstep.
